Welcome to the CRA IP, IT and DP Newsletter
At a time when aspects related to Legal Advice are changing, we, at CRA, introduce a new service for our clients and colleagues who often deal and manifest interest in subjects such as Intellectual Property, Information Technology and Data Protection.
These areas of practice were always seen as priorities by CRA, which has a longstanding tradition stretching 20 years. Today, CRA is one of the reference Law Firms in Portugal, evidenced by numerous references and recognized distinctions in leading publications.
Lately, these three areas have acquired new importance in the Enterprise World, whose dynamic is constantly changing. They have also undergone constant review and update and have developed rapidly compared to other areas of the Portuguese Legal System. These areas request for highly prepared lawyers to meet the ever more demanding customer’s expectations.
At a time when information is available to everyone, it is precisely in the interpretation of the information available where we feel that we can make the difference. The objective of these Newsletters is to contribute towards increasing the quality of interpreting information of the above mentioned issues.
We consider that it is wise to have legal advice on such important and present matters. At CRA, we follow a policy of conveying information to interested parties on important and relevant issues. The One Page Legal Newsletter was made with our clients in mind. It is short, objective and easy to follow. It will cover the news related to these matters in Portugal, and also the relevant jurisprudence and comments on the European and International law.
